We are aware of an ongoing investigation into the presence or otherwise of koi herpesvirus at a nearby fishery.
Members are reminded of the importance of all nets, net bags, weight slings and unhooking mats being thoroughly dried before bringing them onto our fisheries. There are no treatments for this condition so prevention is the only means of control

We are holding a pike teach-in on the 28th September.

Booking: no pre booking needed, just turn up!

Please bring your pike handling equipment with you to the session.
On completion you will receive a pike handling card to stick in your permit and show bailiffs when fsihing at wood lake.
NB If you have proof of attendance at another pike handling teach-in, for example at Farnham, this can be used instead of attending a GAS course.
