Our Waters - Marsh Farm
Open all year.

In 1997 we purchased 26 acres of land at Marsh Farm, which is situated some 400 yards from Milford railway station, and adjacent to our Johnson’s Lake at Enton. On this land we have designed and constructed two lakes, a small ‘coaching’ pool and a teaching centre housed in a pavilion style building.

In early 2003 the lakes were completed and filled with water, all three waters were then stocked with prime fish taken from our own Johnson's Lake, just over the fence. These fish have gone on to make specimen weights and to breed, providing our members and day-ticket anglers with even more superb fishing.

This fishery has an on-site Fishing Tackle Shop, Apollo Angling Centre, with a large and comprehensive range of tackle and baits: also serving hot and cold drinks and snack food. There is a large capacity car-park and toilets with under-floor heating!

Hill Pond

The smallest of the three waters on this complex, at just over half an acre, was primarily designed and stocked for a Coaching Pond. Although it is most popular for this activity and used extensively with juniors throughout the year, many senior and match anglers take advantage of the good fishing it provides.

It has been stocked with a good number and variety of species; Crucians 3 lbs+, Perch 3 lbs, Tench 7 lbs+, together with numerous Rudd, Roach and Gudgeon.

Coaching, Charity and Family events held on this pond can take advantage of the purpose-built BBQ alongside, often with our own skilled cooking team in attendance.

This 3.5 acre lake has 45 swims and is stocked to provide a superb mixed day ticket fishery. The stocking includes many fabulous true Crucians to 4lb+ with Tench to 8lb+, Roach & Rudd to 2lb+ Perch to 3lb and Chub to 4lb.

The lake also supports a number of events and matches throughout the season so please check our online calendar before your visit.
